As for your advice about implementing processes and procedures, our rapid growth has made developing and maintaining those difficult sometimes, but I want to assure you that we are working hard on improving. Our biggest initiative right now is implementing Dynamics 365 in combination with Crunchflow. It's taking time to get it right, but once it's up and running, I believe it will help us get much better in this important area.
