Pros

CEO will sponsor your H1B. The salary is competitive, but there is a catch - read the cons for more details.

Cons

Expect to work 15+ hours per day, every day (yes that means you are expected to work weekends). You will be scrutinized if you try to take any vacation. While it is a startup, don't expect any equity to be given because you'll only hear "it's coming" but it never comes. If you try to balance your life, expect backlash from management. Overall, don't expect to be treated like a human being.

Pros

Good initial learning opportunities, decent pay

Cons

Poor senior management, organizational skills, communications wrt to changes within the company and crisis handling abilities. Negative culture flows from top down with absolutely no delegation of authority. Company believes in churning model and hence treats employees as merely dispensable objects. They hire talented people but put in ZERO effort to retain them.
