Incredible staff, but chaotic and corporate environment

Some BCBAS and supervisors are incredible, dedicated, knowledgeable, and amazing

Cons

Big corporate company, hard to have relationship with upper management Clinic work is chaotic, unpredictable, corners cut constantly, kids suffer

This is low paying job but it will help with a person in this will be a place to learn and gain experience. Once you get the experience it will lead you for a better job.
