      Neuro does not care about its workers.. its a rewarding job, but the administration could use some work.

      Pros

      Rewarding job, get to help people who have had brain injuries, and you feel like you make a difference.

      Cons

      Admin does NOT care about its employees whatsoever, and you perform the tasks that a CNA would for $8.00 an hour.. they expect you to work at least 60 hour weeks every week and pick up extra shifts, and even if you bring in doctors notes for being truthfully sick, still dont care.

      Pros

      Mission is good if followed with diligence. Too many exceptions to qualily, too much focus on profit.

      Cons

      Understaffed, no raises except Corporate level. Bonuses and million dollar salaries at Corporate level, while direct staff have had no raises in over 6 years. When raises were given, it was 2% max. Work expecations are 10-fold to salaries. No one cares, if you complain , you're told you can leave. Most people do, turnover is crazy. Benefits like medical, so so costly.
