      Pros

      Once upon a time this company was about service. Today, profit and growth at all costs. Read online the Hoovers and public filings.....6 figure bonuses to senior management constantly and us as direct care make $9.00 an hour. The people we serve is the only good thing about working here.

      Cons

      The entire experience is negative except for the wonderful people we serve who deserve so much more than we provide.

      If you’re a college student who needs a summer job, there are always openings. Always. A good place to get healthcare experience.

      Pros

      The company is more focused on our mission on a daily basis than any other I have worked for. This is a place where you can bring your experience and really make an impact in your role and at the same time make a difference in the lives of others. I have worked for other companies that were solely focused on making money and had a toxic culture. The vast majority of the people are here because they want to make a difference. Great people to work with. I have seen many positive changes in the last 16 months.

      Cons

      It would be nice to have more options for health benefits.
