Decent benefits and paid leave though you're made feel guilty for using it.

Everything including client care is secondary to the bottom line (the money).

Pros

Great internal audit experience. SOX 404 testing experience. Great manager. Always something to do. Flexible with hours, as long as you complete 40 hours a week. Some days I would leave early on Fridays and work extra the next week.

Cons

Stressful working conditions. The work is pretty boring and can get repetitive. Employees are overloaded with work and some deadlines are impossible to meet because they are understaffed.
