easy job, benefits are not that bad, remote first

Cons

Team lead created a psychologically unsafe work environment by threatening termination regularly, making unfounded accusations, and retaliating when performance exceeded expectations. Concerns brought to light were dismissed without due process No accountability for management, not much to learn, no growth oportunities
