Pros

It was a great experience with Shakti consulting Organization which has a good Law firm for on time immigration support , timely support team for queries (Alamu) , right job/role placement recruitment team. I will recommend this consulting firm to my friends as well.

Cons

Less holidays as like other consulting. It would be good to provide the holidays based on client holidays. Because of this issue , hours were added to paid time off even though it was holiday.

Pros

It was my first job in US, I have my GC and H1 sponsorship filed. They have their own lawyer for immigration process who will guide us throughout the process. They are professional and no complains. They will do all what you have in your contract. I highly recommend it.

Cons

Nothing bad about the company.
