Nothing to tell about Pros

Cons

Bad Company I have seen. Will not be paid hourly basis. Not flexible at all. Leaves are not carried forward. Will not take care of the movement from one location to another location when project gets completed and still runs payroll on paper and cant look for projects in time and so on...

Shakti solutions is an excellent company to work with as we have lot of freedom and independence to work. They strongly believe in being honest, fair and have instilled good moral values in the work place. "Quality without compromise" is shakti's motto.
