This is the fraud company . No pros of this company

Cons

There is no job security here. they are basically deployed on client side. if client is released then they will give the short notice to employee and fire them

Shakti solutions is an excellent company to work with as we have lot of freedom and independence to work. They strongly believe in being honest, fair and have instilled good moral values in the work place. "Quality without compromise" is shakti's motto.
