Pros
a) Excellent/Superb Client Base, providing Plenty of New Opportunities for the Passionate resources, to Work on New Skillsets (i.e. in Niche Area) and thus Enhance their Competency or Carrer Growth. b) Very Peaceful (or Tension Free) Work Environment due to 'Shadow like Support' from the HR Director and other relevant Team's, Consistently and Silently (i.e. even without our notice), due to which, Lots of Unnecessary/Adhoc Activities gets Eliminated even without our Notice/Knowledge, thereby Making us to Focus on Only the Core Tasks (i.e Client's Business value related Tasks) and thus Motivating to Push our Performance Bar Consistently, to Exceed the Client's Growing Standards (or faster work changes).
Cons
Due to all the above mentioned things and atleast 3-4 Hrs of Extra Time available each Day, due to WFH - there will be a Continous Burning Desire (or Passion) in every Resource to fully Explore all the available Opportunities. As a result, those looking to work for only 8 Hrs (and then Relax), will find very difficult to continue with their approach.
