Pros

Work remotely (but not very mobile- you have to be tethered to your home internet and use the CPU they sent you.) They train you really well to use Motivational Interviewing to invoke behavior change in members.

Cons

Strict focus on measuring time between calls. If you don’t like the call center format, this isn’t for you. Talking to people one after the other for 8 hours can be taxing Goals are set by the members. So even if the goal isn’t a very effective one, we can’t really lead them in a different direction. It’s a very different style of health coaching.

This is a great company to work for. Company culture is awesome, it is a very positive work environment, my colleagues are awesome. Overall a great experience!
