One of our goals as an employer is to do our best to support the wellbeing of our colleagues both professionally and personally, so it’s disappointing to hear that hasn’t been your experience. A lot of people work very hard to ensure our leaders and support teams (including HR and IT) are well-suited to support our employees. Our HR and IT teams both have several channels by which you can reach them and if you’re not getting what you need, we’d encourage you to follow up and share that feedback. We do our best to be transparent and thorough in our communications. If you’ve identified an area of opportunity, please share your perspectives in-person with your leaders.
