Pros

Started as a good job, but revolving leadership resulted in a downward spiral of culture, products, execution, and ultimately stock price

Cons

Poor revolving leadership, toxic workplace environment, limited growth opportunities, poor communication, poorly developed internal and user-facing technology

Pros

Not many pros. Used to have quite a few pros but since the company went public it has gone downhill.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, removing onshore jobs for offshore associates who are mediocre at best. Upper management has 0 idea what happens at the ground level, and they do nothing to try to understand. Upper management makes the company sound like it is pro-employee but they are just pro-lining their pockets. Investment in all the wrong things. Very un-professional leadership

Pros

Work from home. Get to help people change behaviors to improve their health.

Cons

Where to start… training is a disaster, incredibly unorganized. No communication from direct supervisor when it matters most. Was put on a FINAL PiP over two mistakes over the course of THREE months. Met with smiling faces and a “how are you?” when called to said meeting. Glued to phone all day, literally tethered, without any unassigned breaks. Call volume is insane, over 100 easily in a shift. They think 15 minute team meetings once a week is something to celebrate. Revolving door employer. At what point do you ask why you can’t keep emoloyees on and accept some responsibility? Oh, let’s not forget them not hiring off contract as late as possible to delay benefits. Yep, that’s how “Sharecare” treats their employees.
