Worst coaching job ever

Pros

Training makes the job seem okay until you actually start. Otherwise no pros

Cons

Metrics based, pretend to care about your feedback then ignore it for years, very high turnover rate, only care about numbers not quality. Low pay, awful schedule, make you think you have a chance to change schedules but the new hires get it over you. And most importantly if you became a Heath coach to actually help people…look elsewhere! 99% of “members” just fake the calls for incentives & you spend most of your day forcing calls or getting yelled at/hung up on.
