      Pros

      All ideas and opinions are valued regardless of title or years of experience. The fairly flat hierarchical team structure makes you feel as though you are being valued as a collaborator and colleague

      Much like a lot of other global companies, information sharing across divisons and teams can be difficult

      Pros

      As a company, Sharecare has gone through a lot of changes and they're constantly growing and trying to make this a better place to work. Among the pros are: good PTO, good benefits packages, good 401k, lots of paid holidays, decent WFH policies (especially during COVID, obviously), and flex-time. They definitely talk the talk when it comes to work/life balance.

      Cons

      Starting salary here is less than other industries for a similar job. Takes at least a year or two to catch up, but you learn more here. There's always a lot to do, so it's important to have good boundaries regarding your time management and how much effort you're willing to spend on things.
