      Pros

      Not many pros. Used to have quite a few pros but since the company went public it has gone downhill.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, removing onshore jobs for offshore associates who are mediocre at best. Upper management has 0 idea what happens at the ground level, and they do nothing to try to understand. Upper management makes the company sound like it is pro-employee but they are just pro-lining their pockets. Investment in all the wrong things. Very un-professional leadership

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, direct managers are great. Easy enough work.

      Cons

      The change in the incentive plan is a joke and seems like a slap in the face to how hard employees work. It is not a livable wage. Feels like corporate no longer cares about employees.

      Pros

      Full paid maternity leave. Access to a bank of PTO at the beginning of each year. Great ROI, customer service, and data entry employees.

      Cons

      Insurance is expensive and provides limited coverage. Not much of an incentive for staff and no incentive for middle management. Lack of regard for one's time and home life, as well as a lack of work-life balance. Bias and lack of professionalism characterize upper management. Insufficient assistance for middle management. Lack of adequate raises for staff.
