Toxic upper management

Pros

Full paid maternity leave. Access to a bank of PTO at the beginning of each year. Great ROI, customer service, and data entry employees.

Cons

Insurance is expensive and provides limited coverage. Not much of an incentive for staff and no incentive for middle management. Lack of regard for one's time and home life, as well as a lack of work-life balance. Bias and lack of professionalism characterize upper management. Insufficient assistance for middle management. Lack of adequate raises for staff.

No incentive for growth

Pros

No micro management. Fair amount of PTO.

Cons

No incentive for growth and is more of a dead end job where you will make what you make all the while taking on more responsibility when they lay people off. No bonuses and no substantial pay raises. Best you will get is a 1.5% annual merit raise which is the equivalent to another 25 cents an hour.

Pros

-Fully Remote -a company seemingly caring company trying to innovate the healthcare industry and provide solutions to employers in multiple industries -the clients! They’re the best to work with

Cons

-lack luster PTO plan -for a company public on nasdaq there are no processes or SOPs in place for most roles, it seems like a clustered mess. No one seems to know what they’re doing or willing to take accountability. -very little training and no onboarding plan - outdated technology -overall dry, cameras off culture with “leadership “ that talks negatively about other staff members and clients -expectations to work nights, weekends, all hours to get the job done -sharecare is a digital health company that offers mental health support and other employee programs to companies through their app but Sharecare doesn’t offer the same to their employees, they definitely do not practice what they preach and certainly do not seem to care about their employees mental health
