Pros

Casual dress code Decent entry level work experience

Cons

-No opportunity for professional growth/development -Frontline colleagues are treated as replaceable robots -Work stress/anxiety brought to the attention of management is swept under the rug -Very little communication and transparency from the top. Frontline colleagues are rarely allowed time off phones to attend important all-company meetings. -Very little is being done to address the decline in morale

As a colleague who's been with us several years, it's our hope that you know this type of feedback is what our leaders need to hear. Without knowing the concerns of our employees, they cannot be addressed. Our leaders work hard every day to create a culture employees want to be a part of, and we're working on ways to make that more clear to our colleagues. We hope you'll stay the course, be a part of the solutions, and keep contributing to the success of Sharecare.

Pros

Nice office, decent location, ok salary

Cons

The management has no vision and keeps shifting priorities/projects without understanding the rationale and consequence. They are creating outdated applications that no one is going to use and do not good. Executives don't have a clue about what they are doing or care about the process and blame the employees for the wrongdoing.

All feedback is important to us, and we hope you shared your perspective while you were a Sharecare employee. Our organization is still fairly young and nimble, and we're continuously working to improve our communications to ensure our employees understand our company's objectives and the vision of our leaders. We understand those components are necessary for employee engagement and satisfaction. We're disappointed to hear that your personal experience left you with questions, and wish you luck moving forward.

Pros

Free parking Decent Coffee machine Nice view of the city

Cons

This company prides itself on keeping all your health in one place, but walking through the office, there’s very little passion for health and wellness. As another poster noted, there’s no healthy snacks in the kitchen, just high caloric sugars. The fridges are stocked with beer and soda. There’s plenty of candy around the office. Also, I don’t think many employees fully understand what the company does. “How are you doing” is not something you’ll hear from many coworkers here. Most people are so engrossed in what they’re doing that no one cares about your wellbeing. HR department consists of one HR person and a few accountants. 401k match is amongst the worst in the industry. Holiday party was at a Buckhead bar which wreaked of stale beer. Sharecare – pulling out all the stops! You can see from the onslaught of recent negatives reviews which are the employees and which are from management doing damage control.

It's important to us to hear our employees' perspectives, and we sincerely hope that you shared yours during the time you spent as a Sharecare colleague. Depending on when you were with Sharecare, you may have heard about the strides we're making to connect employees differently and in ways that keep them informed about the business. We continue to host quarterly all-hands for all employees that include comprehensive business updates. We also use our internal newsletter to share wins, updates and stories about employees with our global internal audience. Though we recognize we still have work to do, we've received really positive feedback about the strides we've made towards connecting and informing our employees, and are exciting about expanding those efforts in the near future. Finally, we appreciate you highlighting for us that we need to market our Human Resources department differently! Our HR team is made up of approximately 20 team members boasting specialized skills in all areas of HR, and is represented in all major offices around the globe. We'll use this feedback to ensure our colleagues know how to leverage our HR team for support. Thanks again and good luck to you in your next chapter.
