      Even after going public, lay-offs are normal

      Pros

      Health benefits were good. Pay and severance were good as well.

      Cons

      Management lacks a fundamental intuition for market appetite and frequently deploys capital down rabbit holes. This leads to them having to layoff people in droves among Sharecare and subsidiary employees. Additionally, management is too lax. You have to lead by example and the only examples I see are favoritism, lack of cohesiveness, short-sightedness, laziness, and toxicity.

      Flexible Schedule, decent benefits and PTO

      Cons

      Minimal support from Sharecare provided to RN's contracted to Carefirst in the PCMH program. I get that Carefirst is Sharecare's client (maybe this is why SC allows CF to dictate unreasonable edicts)and advocate for the LCC's in the field who receive no support from Carefirst RCD's or Program Coordinators to improve PCP engagement thus improving LCC productivity. Too many managers at the upper Carefirst level and communication is often fragmented and inconsistent.

      Way to many layoffs, zero direction.

      Can work from home, pto is ok

      Cons

      Layoffs are a normal part of their business. Management has no idea how to communicate with staff. Looking for a team culture or environment? This is not the place. You will be thrown under the bus to save anyone above you at any time. If they say they try to minimize layoffs it’s a lie, they do not care about your job security and how it may affect your livelihood.
