      Depending on what team, you may have nice people to work with Decent salary

      Terrible upper management who care less (ironic given the company name) about the employees and more about hacky ways to cut costs and make up for their gross mismanagement of finances More higher level managers than employees to get work done No longer a tech company

      Pros

      Remote-but you’re glued to your desk every second of the day. It’s a pro that I got away from that company and learned what true remote work and being valued and compensated properly can feel like.

      Overworked and Underpayed

      Pros

      You will gain some experience as a health coach with Discover Flow Model however limited to sharing credible resources.

      Cons

      Unfortunatly Sharecare does not value great coaching skills and does not pay well. They keep their employees hooked by telling them they will increase pay once thay are contracted. Metrics and time is all that matters to them while they micromanage with their protocol. The overload of calls is nonstop and the pay is not woth your time! Out of 30 people that began training in January, only 3 remain. Run while you can!
