Pros

Remote work, good group of peers and that’s about where it ends.

Cons

Toxic upper mgmt Cliquey Silent layoffs Outsourcing most of the tech Outsourcing most of the Help desk C-Suite more concerned with cashing in RSUs than actually creating a vision. HR caters to upper mgmt and not the individual contributors if they even get involved.

Run! Avoid!

Pros

PTO. Remote work. That’s it!

Cons

Micro managed. This company expects you to work like a CEO but pays you like a janitor. They are sending most positions overseas and laying off long term loyal employees. They do not care about you as a lot of corporations don’t but they have no problem showing just how much they don’t care. No matter how much time you sacrifice to help out where needed and cross train they give you low scores on your annual review and throw you a couple pennies on your raise. Horrible company all around! Avoid at all cost. Go where you are appreciated and paid what you deserve!
