We’re encouraged by your words and are so glad that you appreciate the processes we use to allow our colleagues to both individually and collectively do their best, most innovative work. We also appreciate your feedback on communication. We've grown rapidly and recognize that there are growing pains that come with that kind of forward momentum. That does not change the appreciation our leaders have for all our colleagues and their contributions – we’re just learning how to fine-tune that recognition for our much larger team. In the meantime, our advice to you is not to be shy! Strike up a conversation or introduce new ways for us to engage with one another.
