      Terrible work environment- Check Euro-Pro reviews

      Some good people. Sometimes even good people turn bad in this environment ...

      Let me start by saying that all the positive reviews here are probably planted by HR trying to get people to join the company because it is so hard and the turnover is so high. CHECK EURO-PRO which is the original name of this company- they changed it recently. There are plenty of cons and all the bad reviews in the Euro-Pro page are true- PLEASE LOOK AT THEM. Your health will definitely appreciate NOT working here- from stress that I have never felt before, to constant headaches, to not been able to sleep, to being depress. This is the worst place I have worked at.

      Some nice people who you can vent to about the headaches, stress, and panic attacks this company triggers

      This undoubtedly is a horrid, toxic company and I say this as someone who has been in a product development field for nearly 30 years. Within my first week of employment there, I knew it was not the right fit but needed the job due to COVID . Honest to goodness wished I listened to friends/acquaintances who warned me ahead of time about this place. It’s non stop, you’re up all hours of the night working, changes are made at the last minute and leadership cannot make up their minds. I quit after a couple months because this place severely impacted my mental and physical health to the point of being burned out and no company whatsoever is worth it. Truly read the reviews because you will learn very quickly what a mess this place is. People leave constantly and they’re not invested in having long term relationships and putting value into their employees. It’s a revolving door so run while you can

      Approach with Extreme Caution

      Pros

      Collaborative environment, decent benefits, great new office. Good products, and innovative thinkers from diverse backgrounds.

      Cons

      Top-down management that doesn't even begin practice what they preach. Lot of miscommunication and literal dissemination from senior management. Absolutely no work-life balance, and laughably incompetent HR staff. Burn 'em an churn 'em mentality.
