      Clear on who they are. Obsessed w/ winning, yet not afraid to take risks and open to supporting failure in pursuit of learning and break through wins! Resilient and focussed, yet open to feedback to move the organization forward. Real sense of ownership ... employee's can really make a difference in approach and execution. Not for everyone, but if you are up for fast paced agility ... and winning then its for you! Those who get it .... THRIVE! And will grow as person, a parent, a friend and a professional!

      Cons

      The honestly in cultural values can make it a place not all will love. But any perceived churn is really the previously poor recruitment strategy vs any failure of being true to who they are. Sounds like political BS but the business is clear on what it tales to win at Shark Ninja and those interested in joining should take time to ensure their own fit. You will get real chance to own your business! Be ready for that ride.

      I had the opportunity to participate in a week-long session last week with 100 of our top leaders so that we could each focus on OUR PERSONAL GROWTH. It's not the first time I've been through the Breakthrough Intensive, but it was a transformational week for my colleagues and me. It was an entire week dedicated to acknowledging that I AM EXTRAORDINARY. It was incredibly meaningful and I appreciate the investment SharkNinja made in me personally. No doubt this will help me be a better team leader, business partner, and even husband and father.

      As we experienced last week, "if the world is what you say it is, then say." I say that there is no other company I'd rather be working for right now than SharkNinja.
