      Pros

      There are some great people at SharkNinja who truly do their best to make sure that most products end being good products. The facilities are nice.

      Cons

      SharkNinja is the most disorganized company that I have every worked for, from small startup to huge multi-national company. It likes to spin the narrative that it is fueled by a startup like atmosphere but this is positive spin on what is otherwise just simply poor management. Mark B. is definitely a gifted leader and quite good at speaking, but the way he and the VPs around him are help up as near deities is disgusting. The director levels pander to them which ultimately leads to never ending sprints between exec reviews that more often then not ends up being time wasted. Endless meetings make it very hard to get real work done. It's a meat grinder for working level employees with terrible work/life balance.

      Pros

      Decent pay. They'll hire you with no experience. People complain about work life balance. If you work more than 45 hours a week you brought that upon yourself.

      Cons

      They take micromanagement to a new level. The entire C suite literally interviews the manager of every single team on a weekly basis.
