Burn 'Em & Churn 'Em (still the same old Euro-Pro)

Pros

You will learn how to develop world class consumer products faster than any other company on Earth by spending tons of money on travel to China, consultants and "parallel paths" while burning up really good people at a record pace. You will learn how to craft awesome slides that allow you to survive bi-weekly exec deep dives to fight another day.

Cons

No work-life balance - absolutely none - early morning calls and late evening calls every day with China, London, etc. No value placed on experienced workers - senior people are churned out to reduce cost No place for strategic thinkers - all strategy and major decisions are made by CEO & President - everyone else is there for tactical implementation of given direction

Pros

Opportunity to work with really intelligent and hard working individuals. Compensation and benefits are pretty good along with product discounts. The open working environment allows for easy communication.. Descent labs and equipment to use to evaluate the proof of concept designs.

Cons

Constant turnover of employees makes you question the stability of company. Career opportunities to grow are very limited.

Pros

If you like a fast-paced work environment where you are on-demand day and night, you'll thrive at Euro-Pro. Lots of free food to keep you motivated. Solid consumer products

Cons

Very robotic, aggressive culture with little humor and absolutely no work-life balance. Lots of confrontation and backstabbing. Senior management is non-strategic and suffers from bright shiny object syndrome, constantly shifting focus and priorities and inducing chronic fear in all employees. The threat of losing your job is ever-present as people are constantly "let go". Internal mantra is breakthrough innovation, though the actual practice is cover your backside. Data is hidden out of "the Marks'" view; if it's bad they don't see it. If it's good, it's exaggerated.
