Shark Ninja is an entrepreneurial company with a focus on innovative products. The company is always challenging the status quo and willing to take risks. Employees are able to make an impact quickly with significant potential for career growth. Benefits are great including product discounts, free breakfast on Fridays. It’s the perfect place for people comfortable in fast paced environments and who want to work for a high growth company.

Cons

Fast paced environment can be challenging. Systems and processes are not the best in class as the company has grown too quickly.

Pros

This is a fast paced ever changing environment. If you are open to working hard and being adaptable, you will have every opportunity to succeed and contribute. The company is loyal to long term contributing employees. In my example in a field position, the company went over and above to approve for me to live in a different part of the country as a necessity due to a personal family situation. Good compensation. Management is tough but fair, with an open door policy and is willing to invest in the employees.

Cons

This company is not for everyone. It requires a passion to excel and a strong work ethic in order to keep pace with the company mantra of being better than every competitor in the industry.
