      Pros

      SharkNinja is a great place to be. It is very challenging and creative. I actually want to go to work on Monday morning. The Executives are actively engaged in all aspects of the business and everyone has a voice. WE strive to make the best product on the market.

      Cons

      After almost five years, I have yet to find anything negative about this company. Everyone works hard.

      Pros

      After a few weeks, I've really enjoyed working here. I've been getting in-depth experience without feeling like I'm being thrown into the deep end. There's a lot to learn and my team is making sure I'm brought along a the right pace. Also, everyone who works here is really great. It's a young, energetic company that will continue to grown.

      Cons

      As a company that has grown so quickly, several processes are not in place. They are currently in development, and it's clear that's a major focus of management.

Visibility and interactions with executive team. Recognition of successes, failures and genuine gratitude of efforts and sacrifice. Opportunities for growth are everywhere!

      Systems and processes are continually evolving to meet business demands, so change is constant (this is also positive).
