      Pros

      Communication and encouraging the Central Team to achieve the weekly incentives. Team spirit makes for great motivation and excitement within the Regions each day. We are given direction from the RSM but are not micromanaged but are left to our own devices to come up with solutions to achieve the set goals.

      Cons

      Shark and Ninja are so popular that customer demand is very high, so stock is not always available but this is looking to be improved.
