Big emphasis on training and developing staff, both internally and through external courses / conferences Lots of opportunities for progression and to take on more responsibility Everyone's opinion is valued and actively encouraged Friendly and supportive environment where everyone feels part of a community Free parking and fresh fruit Option to work 2 days per week from home

The time difference between other regions can sometimes make attending/planning meetings difficult, but it's rare they occur out of office hours

Brilliant place to work, flexible working and lovely new offices in Leeds! I’ve not enjoyed a job this much in years.

Cons
