      Start buying anxiety medication and double up on it!

      Pros

      You get a lesson in building cheap poorly engineered products that are fast paced marketed. And you get to see that owner of the company has a formula for working young low experienced people into the ground.

      Cons

      Meeting the management is a real treat! You will notice that only requirement for these positions is fast action and micro management with little planning. The owner has tossed out the HR department a few times now because they disagreed with the management. The last time was during COVID.

      Never a dull moment. Some great people from the industry.

      Cons

      Complete Chaos. Procedure is a joke over there. This place maybe good for fresh graduates, but if you have 3+ yrs experience, run away, there are plenty "normal" companies out there .

      This place said to me, "If you can't handle an intense, high-stress environment, then this isn't for you." If you value any work-life balance, then don't come here.
