Everyone is Replaceable; You Don't Matter

Pros

Being part of some cool innovations; getting opportunities above my position level (although this was due to poor resourcing/staffing)

Cons

TERRIBLE turnover rates with no care to improve them or listen to employee feedback. I genuinely do not think that this company cares about their employees. They do not give them the resources to accomplish expectations or set them up for success; they do not care when the average tenure of a marketing employee is a year and half. Toxic culture has bred managers who mismanage employees and promote the toxic culture. Only those who "drink the Kool-Aid" stay, so the toxic culture perpetuates. I would never recommend to anyone that they seek employment here (I actually highly caution people to stay away from this place). They also burned hundreds of thousands of boxes that were misprinted, so clearly they don't care about the environment either.

Unbelievably Toxic

Pros

-junior level employees are paid well and can get a lot of visibility -there are smart, hardworking people on every team who are willing to put in 110% -opportunities to make a large impact and touch different parts of the business

Cons

-established company but operates like a startup -nepotism goes unnoticed -no career growth if you aren't at the Director+ level -mismanagement of employees/high turnover rates on teams seem to go unnoticed by the Executive team -people who lack relevant experience get moved around different teams, creating extra work for others due to knowledge gaps -high likelihood that you will be overworked, underpaid, undervalued, blocked from promotions, and covering for gaps due to high turnover rates -if you care about your mental and physical health, stay away
