Pros

Good products - but not premium Good growth - but not sustainable given the below cons Smart and capable associates under leadership team

Cons

Market reputation of horrific place to work for is true Not a place to build your career, only for career short-term goals Poor current leadership team (aside from CEO, CFO and CCO) - no development of future team leaders A lot of Directors, VPs and above without direct reports (translates to a lot of individual contributors and toxic survival mode; no synergy) People's managers not accountable or responsible for managing and developing their associates careers A lot of silos and therefore a lot of made up teams (often one person teams) to bridge the silos. Human Resources - no genuine and authentic conflict resolution processes and no career development processes.

Pros

I guess the trauma pay is decent.

Cons

P&C has a serious turnover problem and the business is blissfully unaware. The pattern is there if anyone cares to look. How do you drive any kind of people strategy with a revolving door? And the narrative is that those who leave simply “weren’t SharkNinja enough” That explanation is convenient, A better explanation is that they see how things actually operate and don’t like what they see.

Pros

Pay is not bad, But not worth the stress

Cons

Over worked, they e pect 60 to 70 hour work weeks. Poor management and leadership styles. Backdoor promises. You will never make anyone happy, even if you meet all your targets you are still not working hard enough. Always being told you are just a number and they can find someone to replace you. Unrealistic expectations of deadlines.
