There's lots of great people.

Cons

Every team within the organization is in a constant state of confusion because there's no processes at any level. The confusion of what to do and next steps and all of the time wasted is "jokingly" referred to as "controlled chaos" but that couldn't be less true. In no way whatsoever is it "controlled, complete opposite. For a lack of better terms, it is one big messwith a bunch of great people that are given no direction & setup to fail.

Fast paced. Go-attitude (and “yes man”) will get you far Pay is okay. Opportunities to try new products Handful of really smart business people

Cons

Inefficient work & lots of spinning wheels Little recognition with successes - quick shift to the next thing wrong leads to a very negative mindset. Quite toxic Constant fire drills Turnover is crazy. Many don’t make it to a full year - much historical knowledge is lost in the revolving door Lack of trust with many managers, who think they know the job despite zero experience. There are certain players that are known issues but still around Micromanaging is prevalent

There are some really good, smart people here. It's a shame upper management is so horrible

Where do I begin? This is the most chaotic place I've worked and I've worked at some crazy places. Absolutely no structure, systems in place, or organization whatsoever. CONSTANT scrambling last minute to meet deadlines that aren't even real to begin with. Execs will make you change one word on already existing materials that will impact every team. I've never seen anything like it. Don't do what I did and ignore the reviews and assume they are coming from bitter people. Please, do yourself a favor and find something else unless you want to be stressed out 24/7 working late hours and holidays.
