      Toxic culture from the top Leadership trickles down throughout the organization. Lack of processes. Very little focus on development of employees.

      Amazing team. Challenging work. Good, but frustrated immediate manager.

      Where to start. Most has been said. You and your team will be asked to do more and more year over year without the proper resources to do it, leading to team overload and crappy morale. Unless you are in a favored department you will never get a raise or promotion. There are more VPs, SVPs, and EVPs than you can shake a stick at. Any two of them would pay for at least 5 additional heads on my former team. When I say they don’t care about you, they really don’t care. They will chew you up and spit you out without a second of thought. And don’t, under any circumstance, challenge executive leadership. You will immediately be shown the door.
