The work is mind numbingly boring and mundane You spend ALL DAY writing copy to Amazon posts and explainer videos OR working on the BOXES for the products, which are totally dictated and reviewed by machine testing. As a result the boxes look TERRIBLE and are COVERED with tech talking points, Oh, and you can spend up to EIGHT MONTHS working on a single box.

Decent pay. They'll hire you with no experience. People complain about work life balance. If you work more than 45 hours a week you brought that upon yourself.

Cons

They take micromanagement to a new level. The entire C suite literally interviews the manager of every single team on a weekly basis.
