      Pros

      Never a downtime, projects lifecycle are short and you will always have a new project lined up. People around your level are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of clear project scopes. Does not follow traditional design process. Its more of a trial and error based design process. Leadership does not stand up for the lower level employees, and frankly lacks in depth knowledge of some projects compared to others.

      Cons

      If you are part of the original crew you are set. If you’ve arrived within the last few years there are caps on potential growth. Promises for growth are not met even after jumping through all of the hoops. They complain about acquiring good talent, but also have difficulty maintaining it.
