Great office. Lots of good in office perks.

Cons

Unfair work load. No work/life balance. Expectation to work overtime everyday. In order to climb the ranks, need to work overtime and dedicate most of your time to the company. Very hard to get raise/promotion. Do not appreciate or recognize acheivements.

SharkNinja continues to do well irrespective of the market conditions. There is a relentless focus on consumer and driving innovation with consumer at the center of every decision. SharkNinja's ability to go into various categories and win is unlike anything I have every seen before and it all ties back to the Culture. 1. Winning Culture - this is not a place for excuses. You have the ability to make it happen and the whole org will support you and drive with you. 2. Growth Mindset - the company doesn't rest on its own laurels and continues to raise the bar. 3. This allows for growth both personally and professionally as you are always learning and growing.

Cons

It is not for everyone as evident from the other reviews. If you are someone who wants to be in a low growth environment where everyone "plays safe" this is not the place for you. But if you want to Win and Grow, this is the place for you. Most brands in the industry are struggling and SN continues to deliver incredible results that provides opportunities for everyone involved.
