Ability to operate with a very entrepreneurial manner. Fast-paced environment keeps things interesting. Incredibly smart & talented mid-junior level associates.

Cons

Fairly toxic environment. Lack of respect for associates and their time. The entrepreneurial mindset makes for too many priorities and competing interests.
