      Pros

      I always felt very, very supported by my leaders and teammates. The organization truly values their employees and makes sure you are recognized and appreciated. I enjoyed the opportunities to learn and grow in my role, and admire the organization for promoting from within and continuing to advance the skills and talents from really wonderful and deserving staff.

      My hope is that in the future, the organization can continue to grow teams with more members

      Pros

      Fantastic company culture, union, time off. The standard of care is really high. Great training and education. Patients get great care.

      Cons

      Staffing on nights can be tough when we have lots of unexpected procedures. They need 3 people on nights for when this happens but apparently it’s bad for budget.
