Pros

Despite thinking there were some positive aspects of working there at the time, I can't think of one. There are some good people there but most of the good ones got out when they could.

Cons

As other reviews have shared the outgoing founders were problematic. Everything that's been said is true. Once they were gone, slowly but surely people from a competitor moved in and took over. One day leadership would speak about how well the company was doing and the next day the sky would be falling and some heads would roll. Never heads at the top, they kept making the mistakes. Even the most faithful cheerleaders of the company are now gone.

Pros

Free health benefits Mostly great people A challenging industry

Cons

The two original co-founders were the 100% cons, in more ways than one. Admittedly, I was not a coder but it is my understanding the code they built the product on was hybrid and limited the future growth. Not ideal. More importantly were the lies. Numerous times payroll was missed. Sometimes by a day, others by a week, not predictable. What was predictable was the excuses from the CEO…”there was a bank error”…sadly many of the young employees were either naive enough or trusting enough to believe it. The co-founders believed themselves to be Silicon Valley elites and did their best to give that impression, but it was so transparent it was hard not to laugh at them. I’m hopeful that things have changed since the Board threw the founders out of the Company.
