The atmosphere becomes very family like in the midst of it all. And everybody is seeking the best outcome for the patient.

Cons

The company itself does lack some in compensation for its employees and the health insurance could be much better.

Pros

This was the easiest job ever! There are plenty of other assistants, one assistant to 1 patient per hour usually with 1 dentist. Sterilization tech also to help with rooms and instruments.

Cons

Some of the dentists there are still in dental school, so some minor treatment that would take an experienced dentist 10 mins. to do, may take the student an hour and a half-which an get boring for an experienced assistant.
