Majority of Clinicians are willing to help. Good orientation/ training. Willing to listen to feedback

Cons

Effective Leadership lacking. Poor communication with staff, does not provide direct effective support, aggressive/vindictive with staff.

Pros

The IT Department is well funded and the leadership cares about its success. Realistic deadlines among shifting priorities. Training and certifications are encouraged and there is a monetary incentive to acquire certifications and/ or degree.

Cons

On-premise work is preferable to the clinic and hybrid or remote work is not standard and requires justification. Middle management is often slow to respond or communicate to requests.
