Incompetent and Petty Micromanagers

Pros

Some co-workers talented and good people.

Cons

Micromanagement, an over abundance of very well-paid managers who, for the most part, demonstrate favoritism, a lack of ethics, little to no concern for the well being of the other employees, and are not very competent. The taxpayers of this area would be appalled at the waste of tax dollars going to inefficient and entitled employees, including managers.
