      Opportunities for growth but difficult pay raises

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.

      Extremely toxic environment at plant 15 Favoritism galore, incompetent management and HR, HR do not have a employee relations focus, it's focus is primarily on management and supervisors, they dont care about employee complaints Run while you can, dont believe some of the positive reviews, you have been warned
