      Great company to work for. Innovative product offerings with great autonomy to run your business as needed.

      Cons

      Compensation is average with no cost of living increases. If hired on negotiate all you can for you base salary since it will remain the same regardless of performance.

      Great company great benefits , and great pay ! Very blessed to be a part of thr shaw ind. Team for the last 8 years .

      Cons

      its a very hot work environment with alot of mandatory over time in the summer months, they no longer offer free water .
