      Slow to make changes and improvements. Generally, success is predetermined by who you know and churches you attend - a lot of 'good old boy' network in place.

      The family atmosphere is great. As a new Engineer, I was able to start contributing because of the good mentors I have where I work.

      Cons

      In order to move up in the company you will have to move to Dalton, Ga. It is kind of small town; however, Atlanta is 1.5 hr away.
