      The people really care about each other. Definite room for upward mobility. Great company values and work life balance

      Cons

      Demanding of your time. As a territory manager you have to be very organized, and you sometimes will feel pressure from above to complete tasks appropriately.

      Pros

      The pay is great as well as the medical and dental benefits. It is a laid back environment. Associates tend to work well with each other.

      Cons

      No job stability. Management doesn't communicate well and business is in a downward spiral. Ninety percent of the workforce are convicted felons. Facility is dusty, nasty, and it isn't climate control.
