      Great training. Opportunity to work in other cities. Good for straight out of college graduates-good structure company.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work probably harder than you'll earn. Some positions are based on who you know-learn the politics. Not many opportunities for ChE engineers unlessu plan on not working on your field. You'll make below avg or median salary range unless you move into dept or higher role.
